    Picking Chris Evans was a very clear sign that the Studio don't want the Fantastic Four films to be considered part of the modern movie universe.

    Neat that chronologically, the franchise begins with THAT shield and the Tesseract... but they don't half pack in the exposition in the States.

    Another of the stock superhero acting tools - the I'm changing/been exposed to chemicals/radiation eye open.

    It's up there with landing on one knee, other leg bent, fist on the ground.
